This caps a fantastic year for Helipebs Controls which is a former winner of the “Cotswold Life Family Business of the Year” and had been shortlisted for a number of awards over 2015.

Helipebs Controls, the hydraulic cylinder experts in Gloucester, have been interviewed on BBC Radio Gloucestershire by Pete Wilson.

Helipebs Controls were delighted to be exhibiting at the WEAF annual conference.

One of Helipebs graduate engineers, Lucy Nichols, recently visited the local school to help promote engineering to year 5 and 6 students. The day was spent working with small groups to design and build a Lego robot, which had to be programmed and complete a range of functions. The winners were then given the opportunity to visit Helipebs Controls where they were shown the latest computer programmed machines as well as spending time working with engineers to design 3D models.
