All hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder repairs are carried out in our in-house workshops by engineers with years of experience in the repair & manufacture of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

Keeping downtime to a minimum

We understand the importance of keeping down time to a minimum so all repairs are completed within an agreed time frame. We guarantee to quote for the most cost efficient method of repair and will only replace or repair the parts that are needed. All repaired cylinders are resealed and rigorously tested before being delivered back to the customer with 12 month’s warranty.

Helipebs designed a bespoke hydraulic control system to drive chromatography columns up and down with high accuracy for a leading worldwide life science company. The challenge was to design the system incorporating corrosion resistant materials to allow for clean wash down in order to remove and prevent bacterial growth.

The challenge was to design a compact stainless steel HPU and actuator system to meet the client’s requirements and be capable of being washed down to help prevent bacterial growth. The system would be capable of intermittent usage with periods of long term storage, without loss of performance or significant maintenance requirements.
