Advanced technology

We use advanced technology and the latest computer aided systems to ensure absolute reliability of our valves and all are manufactured and tested to quality assurance ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environmental standards.

To meet the requirement of operators in oil, gas and chemical industries, the basic material used in our flow control valves is 316L/S12 low carbon stainless steel and the mechanical condition of the stainless steel confirms with NACE specification MR-01-75.

Fatigue Testing

Helipebs designed and manufactured a range of hydraulic cylinders used in critical fatigue testing of an aircraft wing.

Each hydraulic cylinder was designed to meet specified tensile and compressive loads and comprised a load cell, position transducer, manifold, servo valve and control valves which limited the maximum load applied by each cylinder and controlled the loading release rate in the event of the test being aborted.
