Bespoke Solutions

Helipebs in-house design, engineering and production teams are able to provide a bespoke service varying in complexity to customer requirements and industry safety standards. A wide variety of hardware platforms may be accommodated in conjunction with the use of National Instruments LabVIEW software.

Fatigue Testing

Helipebs designed and manufactured a range of hydraulic cylinders used in critical fatigue testing of an aircraft wing.

Each hydraulic cylinder was designed to meet specified tensile and compressive loads and comprised a load cell, position transducer, manifold, servo valve and control valves which limited the maximum load applied by each cylinder and controlled the loading release rate in the event of the test being aborted.
