Helipebs Controls recently celebrated its 50th Anniversary, having been established in 1969.
To mark this landmark achievement, current and former staff came together at our Sisson Road site to enjoy a hog roast and reminisce about the past.
It was a great opportunity to find out a little more about the people and products that have kept the company going successfully across the decades.
Jo Collinson, Managing Director, welcomed the assembled guests to the event and thanked all those past and present that have contributed to the ongoing success of Helipebs Controls.
Geoffrey Davis, current chairman of Helipebs Controls and son of one of the founders, then gave a brief history of how the company arose out of the demand for valves to be manufactured for steam and naval applications.
It was then time to enjoy the splendid hog roast along with a spread of nibbles and desserts. It was a great way to celebrate this great moment in Helipebs Controls history and we look forward to further success in the years to come.
