Visit by the PM's trade Envoy to Indonesia
Helipebs Controls recently won its first ever order for hydraulic actuators from a major Oil & Gas company based in Indonesia. Richard Graham, MP for Gloucester, and also in his capacity as the PM's trade envoy to Indonesia, visited Helipebs to see the consignment being completed.
In recent years the company has been building relationships in the Far East and business has been progressively expanding during that time.
Geoff Davis, Managing Director, said "Richard is a good friend of the company and calls in a few times a year just to see how business is progressing. On his latest visit here, he toured both the offices and factory and made a point of stopping to speak to many of the employees"
Harry Anderton, Commercial Director added "As our local MP he has also worked hard on our behalf on many projects and only last month managed to arrange an appointment for us with the British High Commission in Accra, Ghana to discuss a potential large order we hope to win out there"
