Our customers are at the heart of everything we do
Communication is key to great customer service. From start to finish we keep in touch with our customers, regularly sending updates and when required, prototypes or detailed designs for them to approve. Where requested, we are happy to provide weekly updates (see below), providing peace of mind that everything is in hand and allowing customers to track the progress of their order.
We continuously encourage feedback from our customers by using the Net Promoter Score. Our focus on customer service is reflected in the excellent response we receive.
