Upgraded SG Switches in Heavy Duty Versions

Helipebs Controls has launched a heavy duty version of the popular mechanical limit switch.

The switches are available on all series EH metric ISO 6020/2 as well as the NFPA series HH and MH hydraulic cylinder ranges.

The SG switch, with its robust construction and IP67 protection rating, cuts installation time to a minimum with operator grade personnel fully able to 'plug in' each PUR rated lead in a matter of seconds without the use of special tooling.

In traditional switches, there is often a delay in getting the production line running, due to the need to electrically wire each switch to a conduit fed, hard wired loom.

It is operated using the well proven Helipebs Controls 'L' series actuator with a temperature range of -40 to +70C, and has LED indication of switch status.

As with all Helipebs switches it has been designed to have simple and accurate adjustment procedures.
